Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of FluxPay Exchange ("the Platform"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
## 1. What we do
FluxPay Exchange is an over-the-counter exchanger. We buy and sell USDT for Indian rupees at rates we publish and set. We are not an exchange, we do not operate an order book, and we do not offer user-to-user trading.
## 2. No custody, no balances
The Platform does not hold funds on your behalf. There is no wallet and no balance. Every order settles directly between your own accounts and ours.
## 3. Orders and rates
The rate shown when you place an order is locked for that order's payment window. If the window lapses before we receive your payment or deposit, the order expires and you must place a new one at the rate then current.
## 4. Your details are final
For purchases, USDT is sent to the wallet address you supply, on the network you select. For sales, INR is paid to the UPI ID or bank account you supply. Transfers made to details you provide cannot be reversed or recovered. Check them carefully; we ask you to confirm part of your address for this reason.
## 5. Payments
Payments must come from an account held in your own name. We may decline or reverse an order where the paying account holder does not match the account holder on record.
## 6. Limits and availability
Minimum and maximum amounts, supported networks and availability are published on the rates page and may change at any time. We may pause new orders without notice.
## 7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, on behalf of another person without disclosing it, or to attempt to disguise the origin of funds. We may suspend an account and decline orders at our discretion.
## 8. Liability
We are liable only for amounts you have actually paid to us for an order that we failed to fulfil. We are not liable for network fees, blockchain congestion, incorrect details you supplied, or losses arising from price movement.
## 9. Contact
